Rona featured on The Hazel Dooney Podcast

For fans of podcasts…

It was my pleasure to be the guest on episode four of The Hazel Dooney Podcast: art and an undistracted conversation.

In Hazel’s words, “Each episode of the podcast is an independent, intentionally unsponsored, DIY, long-form, unedited conversation with a guest from the arts”.

Hazel and I chat about the hybrid animal subjects in my pictures, the duality of domestication and primal instinct, art existing in the imagination of the audience, and even amateur boxing.

You can listen to the podcast episode by clicking here.

And if you enjoy the podcast via iTunes you might like to leave Hazel a positive rating or review.

Thank you for listening!

Girl on film

A while back I was visited at my Abbotsford Convent studio by Kate Logan from The Learning Connexion.

The purpose of Kate’s visit was to produce a documentary about my art practice as a resource for The Learning Connexion students.

Here is a link to the finished film for your interest –

And for your enjoyment here are some Girls On Film…
